All products are made to order and require approximately two weeks to create before shipping. Some items may be completed sooner, while highly customized or resin pieces may require additional time. The estimated processing time will be displayed on the product page.

If you need an item made with a rush, just send me a message and I will do my best to send your order as quickly as possible. (Note: Resin items have a minimum dry time of 4 days). 

No; processing time is the time needed to create your order. Shipping time begins after your order has been completed and handed over to the carrier.

Because personalized and custom products are made specifically for you, they generally cannot be returned or exchanged. Non-personalized products may be eligible for return according to the Budobo Return and Refund Policy.

Please contact me promptly with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. I’ll work with you to make it right.

I do my best to represent colors accurately, but colors may look slightly different depending on your screen settings. Natural wood colors and resin patterns can also vary from piece to piece.

Care instructions depend on the product and materials. Unless otherwise stated, gently wipe your item with a soft, slightly damp cloth and avoid soaking it, placing it in the dishwasher, or using harsh cleaning products. Keep wooden and resin items away from extreme heat and prolonged direct sunlight.

If I need clarification or approval for a custom design, I will contact you using the email address provided with your order. Please review your personalization carefully before submitting your order, as production may begin shortly afterward.

Please contact me as soon as possible. Changes or cancellations may be possible if production has not started. Once a personalized or made-to-order item is in production, it may no longer be changed or canceled.

Yes! Bulk and event orders may be available depending on the product, quantity, and timeline. Contact me before ordering so I can confirm availability and provide pricing.

Once fully cured, epoxy is considered non-toxic and is safe to contact food. Decorative or resin-covered areas should not be used as cutting surfaces unless the listing specifically says otherwise.
